Maintenance Conditions
  • EBE shall respond to service calls resulting from interruption of normal operation or breakdown within 1-2 business days. Service calls received outside regular business hours will be handled on the subsequent day.
  • Service calls can be delivered by telephone to the number (01)809055, to the service center helpdesk, by fax to the number (01)787462, to the attention of the service center, or by email to service@ebe.com.lb
  • The call must contain the company name, machine model, and location details, along with details of the fault(s) observed.
  • Support questions / inquiries may also be directed to the indicated email address.
  • Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Summer business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

Warranty Conditions
  1. The warranty covers machine failure within the warranty period due to a defect in manufacturing.
  2. The warranty includes change of the defective spare parts.
  3. The warranty covers only the machine and not the accessories or consumables.
  4. The warranty will be considered automatically canceled in any of the following cases:
  • Failure due to mishandling (such as: breaking, scratching, programming errors resulting from client's mishandling).
  • Use of non-original accessories, spare parts, or supplies.
  • Failure due to power (electricity) supply not meeting the required specifications, or resulting from faulty handled by the client.
  • Repair the machine outside the approved maintenance center.


Kindly keep the purchase receipt as a proof for warranty date.

Customer Support Centre

Regular contact with our customers is of vital importance. We use advanced call center systems to provide a professional service. Our fully trained call center teams use global knowledge bases to diagnose the problem and decide upon the most appropriate course of action. Where possible, we can resolve your problem straight away. Alternatively, your call is passed to our help-desk who will either resolve the problem over the phone or arrange for one of our fully trained Service Engineers to visit your site, depending on the Service Level Agreement in place
